Make certain you really want your mattress. Do your research and a lot of bed testing. Not seconds actually ly there and feel the bed. Move around! So far 2 out of 3 choices have been great. To be fair the choices were ours and NO pressure sales at all. Nikki is a rock star at this store. She's why we came back and will continue to in the future.
All questions were answered. Given the opportunity to try different type mattresses. All of the folks were professional and courteous. Would recommend the store to anyone looking for a mattress.
The woman who helped me was great. I found exactly what I wanted. I was trying to do the lease to own which said I would get approved regardless of my credit but it denied me so i had to put out a little bit more than i had planned but it's okay i won't mind once I get to sleep in my new bed! Thank you matress firm!
Helpful and friendly staff. No pushy tactics just help trying to find what is best for us. I recommend speaking with Thurston for help with finding the best .mattress. Thanks.
We typically try to avoid large chains so we can support local small businesses, however today we decided to roll the dice and dropped in Mattress Firm in Salisbury, NC. Wow, did we make the right decision!! Jason met us as we walked in and we immediately knew we had come to the right place with the right person. He was professional, knowledgeable and moved at the pace we were looking for! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
