Amanda was great to work with and not pushy at all. Gave us info and guidance but didn’t feel as she was “pushing” anything. The new mattress has been great so far after a week or so. Had to back up delivery because of inventory issues but that wasn’t Amanda’s fault. Once it arrived, the delivery/install/setup service was easy and quick.
Thurston helped us find a wonderful mattress. He respected our price point and showed us mattresses that would best fit our sleep preferences. We were able to quickly find the right one for us. Thurston was pleasant to work with, very kind and relatable. We highly recommend visiting this location.

I just visited this store and left very upset! I had a very helpful salesperson and she seemed very knowledgeable but for some reason she told me an awesome price and then changed it. I asked about an upgrade, thinking it might be a few hundred dollars more, but instead she raised the initial price she told me by 800$ and the upgrade would be 1k more! Seemed like a bait and switch to me. She explained that the computer doesn’t match with what is listed on the mattress. Very disappointed! I don’t recommend this store.
