Not only do we love the coffee, but the people there are wonderful. Dory always takes your order with a smile, is very kind and provides genuine customer service. We look forward to seeing her when we go. She makes our day!
I love Dunkin’ Donuts, the food and coffee are always good, but when it comes to this particular location the service just lacks. Very disorganized and for simple orders it seems to take a while to get them done. Place an order on their mobile app and it still takes longer than if I had gone in the store. The staff always seem dysfunctional but friendly, hopefully they can get it fixed as I would like to see this location continue to do well.
Spot on... Spot on... Excellent customer svc! They had my coffee just the way I like it. The sandwich was almost picture perfect, but still hot 'all the way' through.
Almost every time I have visited this location in the afternoons or evenings, they are out of donuts. If you go in the morning, it's fine, but don't expect donuts after 2pm. Whatever they have left is very slim. Very few options. I imagine they want to have less waste at the end of the day, but quite frankly, it is very frustrating. At least Country Donutz is super close, so if they don't have what you want at Dunkin', you can go there. They are always very well-stocked, even in the early evenings.
Abby thru drive thru. Lay was super nice and explained what a coolatta is. Altogether was a good visit
