Fresh and clean environment! Short lines, but long wait time as help was limited. I enjoyed the tea and lemonade! Overall a good experience, but think management and customer service could improve. I have enjoyed the flat breads and sandwiches in the past, but a little pricey. Sanitary bathrooms and great wifi!
Honestly I really love this particular Panera I’ve been to several but this one seems to be more consistent than most. Every sandwich and drink I’ve ever gotten from here seems on point. If i wanted to go to Panera and this one was 10 minutes further away than the closest one I would definitely drive the extra 10 minutes.
We enjoy Panera as a place.ti pick up a quick meal when we're on the run. In this case we were headed to Atlanta. The meal was great, but it took a long time to get and the order wasn't right at first. Part of the issue, I believe, was that there were no adults behind the counter--all teenagers. Or at least there seemed to be no effective management going on.
Just ate the tiniest sandwich of all time. I like Panera, but sorry to say, this location is never on point.nnEdit: 3 years later, and I feel compelled to leave another bad review. The restroom appears to have never ever been cleaned before, worse than most gas stations that I've been to, and I've been waiting for food for 20 mins, while I'm the only customer here.
Loosing my confidence in Panera Bread. What a shame. It has been too common to find their staff lacking. Tables have not been clean. Now, being the only one in the drive through at this location and taking forever. I am pretty much done with making visits to any Panera Bread. I use to visit one every morning for coffee and a bagel. Don't waste your time.
