Inside of trucks are clean because they demand it. Shop is excellent at servicing trucks and fast. Safety is full of great people who respond quickly. I came here seeking adventures to new places and dispatch has done well at sending me to different locations all over the US. They also have alot of influence with shippers and will pay drivers detention pay if the shipper takes too long. Most of my runs here are drop-n-hook. This company is well organized and does their best to keep drivers rolling. Whatever you're looking for in a trucking company you'll likely find it here. I’ve worked at this company for years and never failed to make a good paycheck. You only get paid for the work you do tho. So when i hear about people not making money I laugh. You cant stay home 4 days a week and expect to get a great check. The owner of this company does care I know that for sure. He was a trucker himself. He’s the type of guy to give you the shirt off his back if you work hard for him. This is the type of company where you are a name and not a number. You can knock on the door of any office and be greeted with a smile. I’m proud to say I work here and doubt id ever leave. Even the shop guy’s work hard to learn your name and will work hard to keep you rolling. By the way our load planners and dispatchers are all actually good at their job!! Can you believe it!! 9 out of 10 times I know what’s next before I even deliver. If this helps you decide to go to work for a family type company that cares about you as a person and not just a throw away driver ... Say hi when you see me I’m Johnny or Rooster on the radio. The red streak in my hair gives me away lol. God bless and drive safe.
