I already have an account with Babcock, I was paying my bill saw this beautiful vase asked sales associate how much it cost she told me and I bought it, I love Babcock.

Completely mismanaged store and sales people. Our mattress ( 10 days old) has a seam that is ripped. The store manager said it's not their fault. Could it be the manufacturing? Could It be that customer service is legitimately not about the customer? I think so. The CEO, Mr. Burnette, should design a new training system for its sales staff.

Staff were great. My only thing was that the system they have was running slow and took to much time to get my paperwork together. Which is not their fault by any means....Everything else was great. People were nice and very effective, knew what they were saleing. Had a great time.

Ty did an awesome job and provided excellent customer service. She made sure to inform me of additional service to help if needed during Covid with payments. I’m waiting on my dresser to come Saturday, but can’t wait to purchase more!!

I bought a couch, chair and a recliner. I also purchased the extended warranty and when the arms of the couch and chair started collapsing i tried to get them to fix it. No luck.... i was told that a tech would be out to fix it and if they couldn't it would be replaced. Again no luck..... they told me oct 7 the tech would be out. I would get a call on the 6th to confirm a four hour window of the time the tech would be here. Again no phone call. Then when i call the store on the morning of Oct 7 i was told the manager would be coming out but didn't know what time because she wasn't in yet. Then i call back at 3 o'clock and the manager said she wasn't the one to come out and that nobody ever scheduled the appointment. So i guess i lied about the appointment time. Wow!!!! What customer service. Never again Badcock. I promise.
