I was shopping around for furniture for awhile and was either finding things way out of my budget or of poor quality. Here , I found good quality where I could customize and stay within my budget. Salesperson was respectful of my budget and was a great help in helping me pick out pieces to address some lower back issues. Delivery men were great as well. Prompt and courteous. I would definitely go back....

Outstanding customer service - on two occasions, when items that I purchased did not meet my standards, I was assisted by the owner himself. Paul exchanged furniture until I was completely satisfied. The salespeople are a pleasure to work with, offering suggestions that fit my budget. Delivery is made as promised for a reasonable charge. Hooray for Pittsfield Furniture!

Doesn't seem like much from the outside but lots and lots of furniture on the inside. Nicely arranged. Accessories too. Good selection and we found some great sales.
