We were in need of a new furniture set and was worried about costs, Mrs. Stephanie worked with us to get the exact set that we wanted for the right price. She informed us of payment plans that we could do that was very affordable and allowed us to get the complete set too. She had impeccable customer service.
We were PCS’ing and wanting to purchase some new furniture for our new destination prior to leaving. When having to order furniture, I was upfront the entire time with our sales lady, Stephanie, that if anything did not arrive in time, I would need to cancel the order. She assured me that items should arrive in time and if they didn’t it would not be an issue to cancel the orders. When the time came and 2 smaller items were not going to arrive in time, Stephanie was so rude to me about having to cancel and refund. She wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee which had never been mentioned up until then, and when I went back in the store to get a copy of my receipt of refund, she was slamming the printer and being so childish. I spent over $2,000 here and she ended up turning my entire customer experience into a negative one. Do not recommend.
The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional! The woman who helped us find our couch was great. She was very knowledgeable from the layout we wanted to helping make sure the color would match the decor. Highly recommended.
