I came into the store a few weeks ago and I forgot to leave a review. I thought shopping for a mattress would have been a drag but Leslie, my salesperson was spectacular. From the moment I walked in she was very friendly and patient. I wasn't really sure what mattress to get but her knowledge led me to one of the best mattress I have ever bought. She even convince me to buy mattress protectors. By the way, the store was immaculate. Leslie is a charm!!!!
We purchased a mattress for my 87-year-old mother-in-law. Leslie did a great job taking Carol's information and showing her 3 different bed options. She also got her a great price on the bed and made appropriate recommendations. This is the 3rd bed we buy at the Rocky Mount Mattress Warehouse.
Leslie was an awesome sales woman. As soon as we came in the door we were greeted with a welcoming smile and connected right away. We would recommend anyone to come purchase a mattress at warehouse mattress and make sure you ask for Leslie!
Ms. Leslie was great! She greater us as soon as we walked in. She was very knowledgeable about the products and patient with us trying out the beds. She explained the way the system worked to get the right mattress for us. So excited to get our new bed. Prices weren't to bad either. Thank you again to Ms. Leslie.
