Had everything needed in stock to build a deck for my Dad
It's a Big Box Mart, what can I say. No experienced clerks, can't find anyone who has particular knowledge of the products they sell.
My father and I were treated rudely by 4 different people in this store !! Did not have the patience nor time to help my father... Not to mention two door girls. You need to put some respect in that store. Unbelievable !!! That's the 4th time in there that we've been treated like that .... I'd prefer not to put a star, but apparently I can't post my review without one !!
They always have what I need and friendly staff to help me when i can't find what i am looking for.
On 2/18/2021 went to Rocky Mount Lowe's to purchase washer and dryer. Stood there few minutes while a girl and couple guys standing behind the counter kept talking to a lady regarding drinking, bars not even sure if they were employees. Then Austin came up, asked us if he could help out, told him what we wanted, then he, only him, went got the washer and dryer from the back. I went up to the counter to pay and the same girl and guy just looked at me, asked me what I wanted, told them need to pay for appliances, the girl had no clue what to do and the guy was very rude. Austin then came up took care of payment, took items to our vehicle, help load it. He was very professional. I give Austin all thumbs up!!!!!!
