Walking in and the aroma of bread toasting gave me an appetite for a grilled cheese sandwich and chicken noodle soup with a tall coffee. A bit pricey but the taste, service and atmosphere was justifiable. I highly recommend you treat yourself to this delight.
Called ahead. Asked for chicken salad sandwich on crossaint. Arrived to find a salad with chicken waiting. Told clerk I had to be somewhere 10 minutes ago. She said I can fix your sandwich made me wait charge me $8 change. No napkins no fork and knife. Sandwiches huge. Won't be able to eat it at lunch will have to wait and eat it late.
My wife said she heard it had the best food and coffee. Today was her birthday so me and my son slipped off and went to NABS. The sandwiches were out of this world. The Reuben and the meatball were especially delicious. The fresh pastries just topped it off. Will definitely be going back for more. Our waitress was very nice and informative. Nice relaxing place.
Fantastic service and atmosphere. Quaint place for a quiet cup of tea or coffee with excellent selection of meals. Worth the drive.
Got a turkey club that was delicious and my cup of black coffee was also great!
