Worst Dunkin’ there is!! I hate making bad reviews but I’m hoping someone will see this and try to fix things. Everytime I go the line is around the building and hardly moves much, you have to wait at least 30 minutes to be able to get to the speaker. By the time you get to the speaker most of the time no one says anything until I say something. I never complain and always say thank you and have a good day to the rude girl at the front and she just looks and shuts the window. Definitely need new management and workers at this Dunkin’.
Could not get a simple order right! Two glazes donuts.a blueberry muffin and a coffee. NO MUFFI N. in the bag. Not worthy $15 per hour
Disappointing experience. Waited about a half hour in drive thru. No flow or service. I would expect better from Dunkin’. Pathetic.
The manager and staff at this location are amazing. I am at Dunkin.. 5 out of 7 days a week.. it's ya know, part of my routine. ud83dude02I am a little closer to a different Dunkin that is also cheaper.. but I drive all the way to this one for the customer service, the accuracy, and the speed. The morning crew is phenomenal. I always receive service with a smile, which is just what I need in the morning with my coffee.
Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Burnt coffee burnt hash brown's everything tasted burnt. They need to shut it down.
