It was a very easy and pleasant experience for the credit application process. I was extremely pleased with the store and with Dustin's knowledge and helpfulness.
Bought a couch and extra warranty. Couch was delivered with severe frame damage. Sent pics to the store the same day. It's been two months and the broken piece of junk still sits in my living room. The store manager is full of lies and excuses. They call and say they will be there and just don't show up. I've wasted several days waiting for them. Very shady place. You've been warned.

Ordered a sleeper sofa. They took my order, payment and provided delivery date. Day before delivery date, received a call explaining sofa wasn't on truck but would be delivered a few days later by 11:00. At 10:30 on day of delivery, no call and I call them. They still don't have my sofa and don't know if they can get it. This sofa was for a rental property and this delayed me over two weeks. I wish they had been honest upfront and saved me the delay. Manager blamed company and that Badcock doesn't provide invoice of what is going to be delivered.
