Recently retired young. (only 11 years total driving) Absolutely the most honest company I've driven for. Be prepared to work HARD. Hard work pays off. Great money, great benefits, and more open deck freight then you can shake a stick at (including during the pandemic). I have nothing but respect for ELS as a whole. Top to bottom!
