Bought a nice couch but delivery was a nightmare. After financing the couch, they told me it would be 12 months same as cash. I set up auto payments and paid my payments on time each month and on the last payment (8th month) I noticed that I had been charged interest every month. I went to the Waynesville store and was basically told it was set up on a standard plan by the sales person and I was simply out of luck. No way to contact corporate or any kind of customer service number for their financing. I will never do business with them again. If you choose to do business with them, READ everything they have done carefully and don't trust what they say.
They staff was quick and courteous. The store was clean and neat.
I worked with the manager Julian. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the store merchandise. He was able to schedule my delivery on the exact date I wanted. And was able to help me get a warranty on my purchase.
I've been looking for a new recliner that was comfortable, affordable, and would accommodate me and my grandbabies. After a very friendly greeting, it took about 10 minutes to look, decide, and apply. They were very helpful with my purchase.
$1000 for a sofa that came in busted up so bad we can’t even sit in it (this furniture is NOT made well, y’all) and the customer service is severely lacking to say the least—management needs to re-evaluate. Will never ever go back.
