We went to Mattress Firm because our son recommended it. We immediately found what we were looking for although we had a hard time deciding between plush or firm. The representative was very good answering all of our questions. We set up a payment plan with no money down, plus they have an awesome 120 night low price guarantee and 120 night sleep trial. How amazing is that? I'm totally happy with the quality of the sales, service and product.
I cannot give enough praise for Casey, who spent a lot of time with me over two separate visits to ensure I chose the right mattress. Her extensive knowledge of the products and materials was impressive and made me even more confident in my ultimate choice of mattress. She went above and beyond to make the experience as easy and pleasant as possible.
We have been in the market for a mattress for months and had been shopping online, reading reviews. Most if not all have return policies, but there is nothing like just old fashioned laying on it first to test it out. Casey was a great help in finding what we hope to be the right mattress.
