Generally prices are a little higher than their local competitors. However their weekly deals do make it worth the visit.
I love shopping at Publix! The employees are so nice and helpful starting at the front of the store. They wipe the entire shopping cart for each customer as you walk in. The store is always very clean and orderly. Shopping the sales and using coupons, Publix is not any more expensive than other grocery stores.

Worst deli experience at a Publix in my life. Ordered subs online and they didn’t make the order, or call me, to ask what bread I’d like since they were out of what I ordered. Also ordered 1/2 lb of sliced cheese that WAS ready for pickup. As I checked out I noticed they charged me for 1 lb. I weighed it at home and it was 1/2lb. I didn’t stop to complain because my warm sub was for someone waiting in my car for 30 minutes already, due to the bread issue.
I love $5 sushi Wednesday. What a treat! It's delicious and doesn't break my budget
