Bought a love seat in 10/27/20 had to wait until November 28 to get it about 2 weeks ago the armrest broke on the inside while I was relaxing watching tv,i call the store i was told they will fix it this time and I should not sit on the armrest and they will pick it up on the 12th of January and bring it back in a few days ,imagine paying 1000,00 for a chair waiting almost a month to get it ,things happen but it was the way that woman was talking to me on the phone, would never buy there again, I will have my broken chair fix by someone else. Its a shame
No discounts whatsoever. When asked can I reschedule my delivery date because I was sick I was told it would cost me $50 to reschedule. I would think that they wouldn't want to enter at a time like this and have some empathy for the situation but no. That's fine enter at your own risk.
This store has wonderful sales people being managed by a horrible manager Danielle. Danielle has terrible customer service skills. She doesn’t care and doesn’t train how to to resolve customer service issues. We returned back from vacation based upon a scheduled delivery date of a mattress I purchased. To find out the date had been altered, with no email, call or text. I am warning the public to try another Badcock store in Winston-Salem. Danielle needs to be terminated immediately, before I shop in this store again.

When I first spoke with Doug I was very impressed with his helpfulness. Then I spoke with Danielle that guided me through the credit process. When I first walked into the store I was so amazed at the service and quality of the furniture and other merchandise. I recommend that if you are in the market for household furnishings and appliances stop here first. Extremely excellent quality for great prices.
