Mr. Frederick Young brought Zippy Shell containers to my old house and now to my new house. He was great! He was really nice and he was great at communicating with me. He kept me posted regarding time frames and he was just great to work with. He did a great job driving and parking everything at both driveways. He asked me what I wanted before he parked it. I would do business with Zippy Shell again because of the great experience I had with Mr. Young.
Amazing customer service. The owner showed up to help move at no extra charge both on loading and unloading. I ordered 4 shells and they got everything into 2, saving me months of extra storage costs. I've never worked with a company where they actively worked to have me spend less money with them. Did an incredible job, they also didn't charge me for the driver who helped load, unload, and put tables back together. Incredible value, excellent service!
The Zippy Shell Team out of Winston-Salem NC was awesome. From the quoting process to the final box coming out of the shell, the team was efficient, professional and courteous.
