I'm am extremely disappointed. I ordered my furniture in Nov and was told it would take 8 weeks. I called on a couple of occasions and one time they acted as though I wasn't in the system! It has been over 8 weeks and no one calls to update you, customer service isn't great and I truly want a refund. I understand a delay in shipping but no update and the lack of customer service and no call back from sales person is unacceptable. I'd rather wait forever and a day with a place with decent customer service and a place that makes me feel like a valued customer. Never again!

Awesome helpful guys. Went in no hassle. Didn't have what I needed in stock but still walked out with exactly what I needed from their Greensboro location! In and out in less than 20 minutes. Met every need and time frame to make it work

Store was nearly empty, but we still had to literally wave down someone to help us after spending 20 minutes finding what we wanted. Found a set we liked. Loveseat available in 6 to 8 weeks. That's fine. Matching sofa available sometime between 8 months from now and never. Why would I buy a loveseat and then just hope and pray the match is available? Please don't have it on the floor if I can't actually get it. Saleswoman was unimpressive. She offered nothing in the way of apology or solution.

Unfortunately, It has really gone down hill. Used to carry good well made furniture. Now it's all over priced cheaply made furniture. Sad their customer service has declined as well...horrible.

I bought a table set before at Colfax, and I didn't notice the table was actually damaged and reconditioned until I disassembled the table when I move my house. I surprisingy found the one joint of the legs were actually broken and they re-glued the broken part. It is difficult to notice it since the joint is facing inside and under the table. I was never told by the sales when I purchased it. It makes sense now why they have a workshop attached to their warehouse. You may get some damaged or reconditioned furniture. Be cautious to buy from them.
