I hate this location with a passion. Went again the other day after months. There were out of mocha syrup and caramel syrup for the coffees. Only one variety of donut available. This was around 3pm. I ordered another flavor of coffee and it sat there while I sat at the window for about 5 minutes while all the teenage employees stood there and talked. never again.

THEY PUT NAPKINS IN MY BAG!!! You don't realize how often napkins are forgotten and the absence of this small biodegradable wipe really ruins a meal-on-the-go! Great customer service, fast drive-thru and the Avocado toast featured here is not too shabby. Very friendly people work here so they still get 5-Stars because they at least remembered the napkins. And they leave more than one napkin.

If I could rate this place zero I most definitely would. First of all they didn't have any donuts, then when I asked for a milkshake they said their blender was broken so there goes that so I just ordered the coffee I normally get at the one back home. Well I'm traveling so I couldn't get to the coffee to drink it right away and wanted to let it cool anyways. So a ways down the road I taste it and it is not anything close to what I ordered. I am highly disappointed in the dunkin and will never be returning in my travels.

I once went and tried to pick up my mobile order through the drive through they yelled at me and said they had no donuts at all that I’d have to get a refund I was okay with that until I got to the window and all the workers there scolded me and proceeded to say they had no idea about a refund and they didn’t know how to do a refund. The worker Emily was being completely rude and yelling at me at the window. Worst customer service!

I get coffee here a lot and they consistently get my order incorrect and its always just a simple coffee. Service is extremely slow. I am a big fan of dunkin but this place could use better trained employees.
