She SAVED my hair! I went to another hair salon for simple highlights and they completely butchered it and I ended up with bright yellow, brassy hair. I went here and she completely saved it and my hair looks so much more natural now! The woman I worked with was very communicative and listened to what I wanted and worked with me until we got it. She was also very good at explaining exactly what she was doing and why. If you need a color correction (or just a color job) I would definitely go here!

Cinthia is a miracle worker!! She saved my hair from this awful brassy color that fantastic sams did to a wonderful and beautiful ashy mushroom brown. My hair is way better and I love it!!! She was the only one working in the salon and was still very professional and friendly. She takes pride in her work and makes sure you are satisfied. This was my first time going and they now have a new customer. I will definitely be going back! Thank you, Cinthia!!

Cinthia is a blessing and AMAZING!!!Ok...here goes. On Sat I went to Fantastic Sams on Ramsey St to get my hair done. Mind you I have bleached blond hair and needed my roots done. I was given Hollie to do my hair. I was looking at pictures and showed her one I liked with black and silver lowlights and one burgundy and blond highlights. She told me she liked the burgundy one and so did I. I asked her if she could do it and she said oh yeah. NEVER did she mention the word PINK...NEVER!!! Well after listening to her tell another worker to mix up 3 or 4 different color codes for my hair I was concerned but figured she knew what she was doing. After several hours what I ended up with was PINK hair!! I sat shocked in tears while her and others laughed saying she doesn't like it. I paid and left in shock and with the hair style on the left! I cried all night! The next morning, Sunday, I called back bbn up and spoke to Jen, the manager, she was so upsetting as well. I tried, thru tears, to explain how horrified I was but all she kept doing was telling me that Hollie had warned me it could be pink and begged me not to do it WHICH WAS A 100% LIE!!! I paid them $180 to make me look like a fruit loop!!! I begged her to please fix it but she flat out refused and said anymore coloring on my hair and I would be bald (Not true). She offered me $100 of my money back but honestly should've been all of it. Needless to say yesterday was a terrible day and I put a blast out for any cosmetologist friends to help me here. Nina Colley Smithwick pure started a messenger group about my hair and began looking. I called and called people and had just about g oki even up when my amazing friend Christina came over with an amazing gift and offer to go with me to Mop Heads today to get it fixed. Needless to say I woke up today scared and apprehensive and called Mop Heads to schedule only to find out they are CLOSED ON MONDAYS!!! Devastated again the search started over and my friend Brittany found a place called Joely hair salon in Fayetteville. The reviews were amazing and she specializes in color fixes. I called. No answer. Left message and I their shop Raleigh finally called back and I was able to get in at noon. I just left. BUT I LEFT AMAZED, HAPPY AND SATISFIED!! Cinthia there was so sweet, Patient and kind. She worked a miracle for me and the pic on the right is me now. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED ME!! I TRULY DO HAVE THE BEST OF FRIENDS!!!

I had a great experience at Joely's from start to finish. The salon was in a perfect location, and it was decorated fabulously! It was super cute, and cozy. It has such a friendly atmosphere. They even had complimentary coffee, tea, and water which I thoroughly enjoyed. My hair stylist, Stephanie, was absolutely phenomenal! She was super sweet and hospitable, exactly what I need in a hair stylist, and she was great about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. She took her time on my hair and didn't seem rushed at all which made me feel a lot more comfortable. The end result was absolutely infallible! I loved it so much, I'm so glad I had such an amazing stylist. She worked very hard to understand what I wanted in my new cut, and take into account her time management, hospitality, and kindness. I absolutely adored Stephanie, and I will be back in the future!
