This was my first Brazilian experience and I am so glad I chose The Sugar Shack! Brandy is absolutely wonderful and amazing at her job. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and she walks you through every step of the service so you are completely comfortable. Brandy's services are worth every penny, she really does go above and beyond. I will be returning and referring my friends!

For 7 years I have been receiving Organic Sugar Brazilian waxes. My esthetician is located in the Springfield, VA area and I now reside in NC. I found The Sugar Shack- Day Spa by googling sugar wax spas near my residence and saw the 5 star ratings. I reviewed the website and noticed Brandy received her certification at Alexandria Professional Sugaring; which is the same institution my esthetician received her certification from as well. I booked a Brazilian/Underarms/Happy Trail appointment. I was able to get a next day appointment #hugebrowniepointsnnBrandy effectively communicated through text message. She provided pre and post wax services, clear directions to her location, and Covid-19 safety rules. When I arrived we shared a great conversation (ice breaker) about sugar wax. During waxing she was professional, patient, spoke clear instructions on what she was doing next, cleaned me well, and the spa is clean and well-organized.nnBrandy is now my new esthetician! Great job Brandy! I appreciate the courage you have to grow your business and educate the women who aren't aware of the benefits of sugaring. It is healthier, cleaner, and more efficient than regular/hard waxing. Ladies, in the surrounding areas go get your waxing services from The Sugar Shack Day Spa. Brandy will take good care of YOU and all your hair removal needs!!

I absolutely love this place! I have had a facial here and also have been sugared, both of which were new experiences for me. And Brandi made them both incredible! The atmosphere, the patience and understanding, not to mention the way she explains everything and why she does what she does. You simply cannot go wrong here. Thanks for everything!

Best service I’ve ever had!nMy experience at the sugar shack was so amazing!! Wax can be harsh on my skin, so I decided to go to the sugar and it was amazing. My skin is smooth and exfoliated! Brandy creates such a relaxed and peaceful environment with scents and soft music. I will definitely be coming back!
