Ive never had a problem with this doctor. Everytime i needed help she made sure she helped. Ive been having a hard time finding a new doctor because of my pregnancy nobody wants to treat me so everytime i reached out to her she always helped she is a caring person always takes the time to know her patience! If I could give this place negative stars, I would! I tried making an appointment for about 3 months with them after buying a Groupon. They would never answer the phone and then when I would leave a voicemail, I wouldn’t receive a call back. Finally after calling for 3 months with no success, one day, someone finally answered the phone. I scheduled appointment that was a full month out because that was their earliest available. I was told that the latest appointment they would take was 1630 even and that they would not see me on a Saturday because I was a new customer. If they mentioned that in the Groupon, I wouldn’t have purchased it.nnNonetheless, they did not. The Wednesday before my appointment, I received a text saying that they had to reschedule my appointment. It was rescheduled for the following Wednesday at 0930. The Tuesday night before my appointment at about 2000, I received another text canceling my appointment yet again. I had taken off work for the Friday appointment and had taken off work for the Wednesday appointment. Now, I’ve lost vacation time at work on 2 occasions and still have not received the service nor have they reached out to reschedule my appointment even though in the text I received they said they would reach out to reschedule the appointments.nnThankfully, Groupon is not okay with the above. They refunded my money. My advice - stay away from this business. They are unprofessional, and clearly, they don’t care about their customers.

I called this office when I was running out of my medication and needed a new Dr. I spoke with The Dr’s assistant - SueAnne who was very kind and helpful. Dr. Montilus was very accommodating and squeezed me in the same day! I have had several visits with the Dr and every time I’m greeted by SueAnne with a friendly smile. She is always willing to work with my schedule and gets me seen when needed. Suanne always returns my phone calls immediately. The Dr spends time with me and never is in a rush. I’m so thankful to have found my new Dr! Thank you both SueAnne and Dr. Montilus for always going above and beyond! If you’re looking for a Dr who cares about her patients this is the place to go!nn-Brittany V.

I made an appointment on April 26th for May 3rd at 3:30. I took off work and drove to the other side of town. Not only did they remember speaking to me and scheduling my appointment they simply would not honor it. They've already been paid through Groupon so it's likely I'm screwed out of my money. Its not the fact that they screwed up and didn't schedule my appointment but they would not do anything to remedy the situation that would've come close to decent customer service. I showed on my phone where I spoke with someone for five minutes and where I called today to double check my appointment. The attitude was nonchalant and seemingly unbothered. One would assume its because they already had my money. I'm mortified, I leave to go out of town tomorrow and no one at this place seemed to care. So I'm out of money, time, gas, and time at work.nnWow!!!!!
