Ordered a sandwich that was supposed to be toasted with bacon and cheese, got one with just cheese and not toasted. Went back told them there was no meat, they made new ones not toasted with just a few pieces of bacon broke in half. For what I paid for the sandwich it should've been toasted with an ample amount of bacon on it! Don't order any food from a Dunkin.... Coffee drink was good though but full of ice so my large was like having a medium or small. Didn't have time to keep messing with these bozos so I cut my losses and got on the road again for a 2.5 hour ride home!

Bought 2 dozen assorted donuts and there were only about 5 different kinds of donuts in total. The creme filled donuts were barely filled, the chocolate frosted donuts were barely frosted. Of course the people I bought them for ate them but it was still incredibly disappointing. For $11 a dozen I would expect paying almost $1 a donut would get me some sort of quality, but I guess not.

The seasonal sugarplum macchiato is absolutely delicious. The best drink I've gotten there and tastes better than anything Starbucks has to offer. A big claim, so definitely go try it out for yourself before it's gone! It's also an aesthetically pleasing drink...I'd add a photo, but I drank it down so fastud83dude0bud83dude46ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0f.

Hours at this location are only a guideline. I was just told that they would not be opening until 7:30am. The sign says opens at 6:00 am. It is 6:30am now. On other days I have had my food thrown into the bag with no wrapping or sleeves.nWhen I requested a sleeve to hold my food the employee threw a couple in the bag as if they were napkins. I have also received frozen food such as mini bagel bites for my order. What has happened to the integrity and responsibility of our workforce? Management is minimal now a day. It is very disappointing. ud83dude14
