I work at an office where this transportation is frequently used by our patients. From my experience, this service seems to be very slow picking people up. I’ve had patients wait between 30 mins to an out or even two to be picked up. Patients often complain that the driver have too many people they are trying to pick up so they are always running behind. When I call they office they can never tell me how soon a driver will be here for a patient they just say the driver is on the way but sometimes it still takes another 30 to 45 mins for them to arrive. Just doesn’t seem reliable. I don’t recommend unless it’s a last resort.
