#AirCargoDeliveryofFayetteville is the *worst* company we have *ever* dealt with.nDelivery drivers arrived hours after stated time, were rude, especially the larger one, and then REFUSED to bring furniture upstairs.nThey said it would not fit through the doorway upstairs, but EVERY doorway in this house is the same size. We live in a colonial, and all the doorways are equal in size.nThey said “Oh if we were going to put it in this room here, it wouldn’t be a problem”. That room had the very same size doorway as where we wanted the furniture, but was conveniently downstairs.nOur contract with #AAFES stated that delivery included delivery and setup in room of OUR CHOICE.nThat didn’t happen.nThey told me to refuse delivery, based on the “fact” they were unable to navigate the stairs in my house.nThe people who answer the phone are rude and unprofessional.nThere is *NO* accountability with this company at all.nWe paid $6000 for furniture that God knows where is right now, and we haven’t been credited back, a month later.nSpare yourself the stress and AVOID this company at ALL costs. They care nothing about customers, and have major flaws when it comes to courtesy and doing their jobs correctly. I am SO disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I was scheduled for a delivery on Friday from 10 am to 2 pm. At 2:30 pm I checked the web site of Seko, the logistics company that hired Air Cargo so I could check the tracking info. The Site said an attempt was made to deliver at 1230 pm. My bedroom, is 4 feet from my front door and has a forward facing window. I have been in my bedroom all day with the door open or in my kitchen which is very close to the front door as well. Nobody knocked on my door or rang my bell. I called Seko and they transferred me to Air Cargo. The gentlemen who I spoke to at 2:45 pm said the log related the driver knocked on the door and attempted to call as well. That is not true and I told him as much. I asked him to have his driver show a call to my phone, to which he replied, well we're closed now, we'll have to try and make the delivery on Monday. Another missed day of work for me I guess. He refused to call his driver because he said he was on his way out the door. I highly recommend you DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

My 1st delivery was last thurs from 10-2pm. They called at 2:10 saying they were on the way. At 3pm I called the driver who did not answer so I texted to ask how much longer bc I had to leave soon. The driver messaged me back saying go ahead and leave and they should be there when I got back. I told him it would take a couple hrs til I got back and he then called and told me they were still at the previous stop waiting for a customer to show up. He sd he'd have the mgr call me and was taking me off his route.....no one called.nThe following day I spoke with whoever and they were trying to set me up a new window which I did not accept. the only reason they earned the one star is bc the lady I was cold transferred to was able to get me on a day I was off work so I would not miss a 2nd day.n2nd delivery day....I was supposed to get called 30 mins before which was bold on their paperwork and he apologized for not calling. I asked him to assemble which is what they were supposed to do according to my emails AND their paperwork. But the driver said they just deliver, but they can take the boxes away.nI will not be ordering from this vendor again bc of this crappy 3rd party delivery service!
