Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Not only did the movers NOT show up the day we scheduled after I confirmed two days prior we were still set, but when they did come the next day they sent only 1 person to move a 2 bedroom house!! I was on the phone with the mover while he was headed to the house (I’m currently out of state) & when he said he may just go alone I said NO, please take someone with you!! My husband is the type of man that will not just let you struggle trying to lift something yourself and he’ll help you out. DO NOT PUT HIM TO WORK. But you guessed it, he showed up by himself and was barely able to lift stuff properly. I’m not sure what kind of business they’re running but that is unacceptable! Why did we pay for a service in this case?? WILL NEVER PAY for a mover again, especially this company. Throw the whole company away. TRASH.

I have never been here as a driver doing hhg but I was highly impressed with how I was treated. May have to ask them about a job after I pay my truck off.

Day Transfer was the National Van Lines affiliate that moved my belongings on a semi from MO to NM. I was pleased with my entire process with NVL, and would recommend them as well as Day Transfer for any long distance move. Kenya and his team were friendly, on time, and diligent in the truck unloading process. First, Kenya updated me on his travels from NC to MO to pick up my stuff at the warehouse. He then let me know when they had loaded our belongings and what his ETA would be. Then, on the day of the arrival he and his team worked closely with us to ensure our belongings were unloaded to the correct locations in our new house. I enjoyed getting to know Kenya and his team and thoroughly recommend them!

This company handled the packing and moving side from our PCS to JBLM (Washington State). The woman who packed my kitchen area was wonderful and organized, however the others just tossed our stuff into boxes, mislabeled things, and even packed an alive plant, from a shelf, into a box with wall decor. That was a wonderful surprise to open when it arrived. The loaders were incredibly ugly to us. They left my sons’ electric scooter in the rain, and even packed some of our things into the sleeper of the truck, because they ran out of space and refused to send a second truck. Our bedding and other things arrived reeking of cigarette smoke. They did not label any hardware, and even packed some of it in Chick-fil-A bags- I guess they enjoyed the lunch we purchased them so much that they wanted to show their appreciation by reusing the bags. Our poor movers in Washington spent 13 hours attempting to put things together with unlabeled hardware. We also had quite a bit of hardware missing, to include the multiple pieces we found in our yard after the movers were finished “packing”. They damaged multiple pieces of furniture, as well as attempted to label things as damaged and soiled, when most were brand new furniture items. When asked about it, the driver became extremely aggressive and accused us of “refusing to sign paperwork.”nThey dented both our washer and dryer, the set is only 10 months old, and also put a hole in our brand new couch. Hopefully the army never uses this company to move for them again, and certainly if you are a civilian and can pick whichever company you’d like, I’d encourage you to look elsewhere!
