This was my first visit to American Freight. It was surprising to me, for some reason and l think because of the name of the store, l assumed it would be jam-packed with furniture - it wasn't. The selection of furniture and appliances was much better than l expected. There was a really good selection of everything. The salespeople were nice and willing to help if needed or left customers to look on their own, if that was their wish. My experience was a good one and l will be back. Customer service goes a very long way and l think the two employees l met realized that! I wish l had got their names, they were great. They didn't make a sale from me on that particular day but I plan to go back and make a purchase!
Shopped at the location a few days ago, customer service was good. I found the stove I was looking for and was surprised to find a nice selection of furniture as well.nUpdate... my husband and I returned and we purchased a refrigerator. They helped us to get the right one for our kitchen. It matched our stove.nThis is my go to place when looking for something of quality for my home. The team is always welcoming and knowledgeable about anything I'm looking for and things I didn't know I needed. I'm always a happy shopper at American Freight.nUpdate.... we returned again to purchase some night stands and a deep freezern.
Great place to shop and the customer service is the best. The staff is willing to help and make sure that you purchase what you need and want. You will go home happy with your purchase. Awesome customer service...can't stress it enough. Ms. Carolyn and EJ kudos to you.
The building was nice and clean, the staff was very professional and didn't push me to buy outside my budget. They have reasonable prices on all their appliances. I would recommend checking them out 1st before going to any other place.
Nice store and sales associates, Justin, helped me put today. Already had a bedroom set in mind just waiting for them to get more inventory. Justin explained all the available offers and services that came with my purchase. Overall great experience.
