Very professional and personable. Very attentive to the customer and doesn’t permit his phone to interrupt service and conversation to customers. EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his field with a lot of experience. He took time to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable about a venture we were reluctant about entering. I must admit that our sofa sectional, chair and ottoman all look much better than they did. In fact, they look even better than they did when we first purchased them, especially the sectional! He replaced my sectional cushions and although I had difficulty fully expressing exactly what I wanted, he seemed to know and was able to deliver that for us. The old backing was worn, and I didn’t like the way it made my back feel. I wanted it firmer. He was able to even add that small detail to the sectional backing. We were concerned that the very large size of our sectional sofa would be a problem with being reupholstered and also thought the size would mean being without furniture to sit on for quite a long time. However, he tackled the large size with ease, got all of the curves tighter than the original manufacturer had done and then completed the task in a very timely manner!! I can’t say enough about how very pleased we are!! So much so that we’ve found more furniture for him to do ASAP! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ONE GREAT CHAIR FOR YOUR UPHOLSTERY NEEDS! KG
