The three stars is only because the return desk person was very nice and helpful but the ones that worked in the plumbing when asked multiple questions and where an item is they are very short instead of helping just told me what aisle and said the parts are over there so you can figure it out and when I went back to ask again he was on his phone looking at a video I guess on YouTube. I walked out especially because I was on my lunch break and I don't have time to be messing around with anybody I wanted to go in there and get the parts I needed for what I was working on and leave instead I'm trying to even figure out where the parts are located so I left.

Bought 3 Whirlpool brand, Made in America appliances. Guy that assisted me was a great help! Lowes had several brands, colors and prices to purchase from, but check your refrigerators the Ice maker no longer comes with it, must be purchase separately. Best thing, delivery & installation of stove & refrigerator was FREE.

Great staff. Helpful. Less staff than pre covid but they are great. All staff wear masks. I wish all patrons did. Went in there looking for a very specific part for my riding lawn mower. I know it's off season so it wasn't very visible. Located someone from the garden center who sent somebody quickly to where the chainsaws and mowers and that kind of stuff is and staff must have spent about 15 minutes looking through every spot he could find and then finally found what I was looking for. That's dedication. I was ready to give up

My wife and I purchased a new Samsung refrigerator three weeks ago. It was delivered with a ding in the lower freezer door.nA replacement door was scheduled to be delivered and installed 3/26. I was told it would be 12:30 when it was initially scheduled, then I was told it would be between 11:00 and 3:00.nI haven’t heard anything from Lowe’s since the initial delivery. No calls, texts or emails.nI wish I could give negative stars for this store. We’ve spent thousands there and 87% of the time it’s always a slow motion train wreck.
