I had a very good experience. Ryan the sells person was very polite and personable. He was patient and did not try to pressure me into buying. He encouraged me to take my time in the bed and really get a feel for whatnare concerns I have. Ryan understood my physical concerns and showed me exactly what I needed for my body. I am looking forward to getting a good night sleep.
Salesperson was very knowledgeable of his products. He allowed me to test many products and gave many suggestions on what he thought I might like best. His honesty and time spent with me were quite valuable. I made a purchase based on much of his information. I was not rushed in my decision. Went in to get a new bed today and walked out completely satisfied by my experience. Ryan was patient and willing to let me try out all that they had to offer. He and Chris attentively listened to my wants and needs and guided me to a decision within my set budget that I will be happy with for years to come.
