I was kindly greeted by Shelly who led me to bed match. I was amazed that technology helped me pick out the perfect mattress for me, but it sure did! Shelly used the suggestions from bed match and showed me several beds. She was kind and very knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision for my body and my budget. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the store. I was given a little sheet to use while I tried out the beds. I had been dreading shopping for a mattress but Shelly made the process easy. I have already recommended that my friends and family go pay her visit. I never once felt pressured into buying anything. Shelly kinda makes you feel at home with her kind, southern twang. If you’re in the market for a good night’s sleep, go visit Shelly at Mattress Warehouse. She will give you the guidance you need to make the right decision.

I must say I am very pleased with Mrs. Shelly Phillips-Dean, she was more than a great help, the experience with her from the time I entered the store , until I walked out was great. I am truly in love with my new mattress and box spring. Really glad this store came to my location, I know my sleep will be great. Wife and I were in search of a new mattress. We found what we thought we wanted online. Mattress Warehouse was the only location that carries it so that we could physically make our decision. Corey and Shelly were a great team.... no pressure, let us review our options, see where deals could be improved or compared, and most importantly was when we could get it. After not too much more discussion, we chose to go through Mattress Warehouse instead of buying online. Our king mattress arrived not too long afterwards and it has changed our lives. And of course not too long after that, our daughter all but demanded we get her one as well. Wife and I did not hesitate to be repeat customers and again Shelly was there to make it happen. Great people and great to work with.

Ms. Shelly was so sweet and patient whenever my husband and I were buying our new mattress. She was able to explain the differences in mattresses and bases until we decided what was best for us. She made the experience personal, fun, and as easy going as possible. Mr. Cory was also helpful and added to the personal experience. I would highly recommend going to this store!!! Excellent staff and deals.

Very great service would highly recommend to anyone. Kory was very knowledgeable and very kind in helping my wife and I find a mattress very suited to us. If I need any more mattress information or any reason to go here I will. I will also recommend to anyone I know to come here. Pure amazing service. Went way above and beyond expectations.
