I have known about the detox benefits of infrared saunas for a while. There are so many more benefits than just detox. Deby is very knowledgeable about the benefits of infrared saunas and I am so happy I have added the sauna to my health care therapies!nI am beginning after about 2 months of going weekly to see the benefits of the saunas, especially with sweating more.

Primal Health & Wellness Center is amazing. Loved the infrared sauna. I’ll be back later this week for another sauna as it helps alleviate my back pain. Will also be taking advantage of some of the free educational classes being offered in nutrition and essential oils. Great place ud83dude4c

I love the sauna experience at Primal, it is so relaxing. I sleep like a baby after my sessions. Deby is also so very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to your health and nutrition. I highly recommend checking out what they have to offer if you want to get a handle on your health!
