Disappointed. I booked an appt with a particular tech. Owner didn't notify me that tech wouldn't be available. I showed up and another person with same name greeted me. After some discussion & confusion, owner offered to do my nails. I asked for pedicure & manicure, with buffed nails, no polish. These are my nails immediately following service. There was no shine on my nails when done. Usually buffing creates a sheen of some kind. Rather there are scuff marks from the sand paper buffer she used. And look closely, check out the cuticles? Also, i think prices went up since last visit, and no reduction for the mix up or for the no polish. Both services took less time due to no polish or buffing. Not sure why I clicked the tip button at checkout, habit I guess. $92 total, wow. I like supporting local businesses, but not for this value!
This is a fabulous spa and the people are wonderful. Every time I go I enjoy it.
Kara is fantastic!! I went to her for a color correction and she did magic on my hair! Highly recommended!
Theses ladies are amazing literally the best experience I have had at a salon I got a wax and almost fell asleep FELL ASLEEP LOL . That never happens she’s very knowledgeable cares about your skin and is EXTREMELY professional! I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am from Mass. My mom brought me here for a pedi and Sherri was AMAZING! I wish we had her salon up north cause it would be my go to place. She tinted my eye brows and I was amazed at her knowledge and kindness! This is a must go place!
