We just bought a living room suite and the customer service was outstanding! We worked with Doug and he was wonderful, so patient and was very knowledgeable & just so nice to work with. The delivery was great too! They were so careful not to cause any damage to your home and I really appreciate that! If you need furniture or appliances shop here and you will not be dissapointed! Also SO MUCH inventory to choose from you just can't go wrong with Shaw Furniture.
This place has TONS of well made furniture at great prices! They also have a variety of rugs, lamps, and other accessories. If you visit, be sure to go through all the nooks & crannies of all levels of the store. (You can get lost in this place!) And see Doug... awesome customer service!
After Lowe's lied to me about when my dishwasher would be installed, I cancelled my order with them, and bought the same dishwasher at W.E. Shaw, and got it for LESS than what Lowe's charged. After I paid my plumber to install it, the total cost was STILL less than what I would have paid for the dishwasher and installation with Lowe's. Also, the staff at W.E. Shaw were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lesson learned!
