Employee wanted to argue over the price that was advertised then when they rang it up it was the price I said. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Management really needs to train their employees on treating customers better.

I ordered flooring in-store. The employee told me the flooring would be there in a week. That was a month ago. I called several times to find out when my flooring would arrive. I always get transferred and then hung up on. I like the store, and the people are friendly, but this is very unreasonable and is the sole hold up on finishing my home renovation. I'm considering getting a refund and finding flooring somewhere else.
Employee was helpful in helping me choose the right miter saw for me.
