Have been disappointed from the beginning. Night enough padding in seat or arms. Have had it for only four months and it looks like a chair that comes from Walmart, only worse. I've been trying to get Bassett out here for 3 weeks now to pick it up and take in for repairs with no success. Nice the mechanism seems to keep clicking when I get up. This is NOT what I'd expect from a $2100 chair.
We bought two leather recliners, both had to be sent in for repair to the mechanisms. The chairs are not holding up very well after only a little over a year, still having problems with the mechanisms and the leather is starting to show unusual wear. We had expected a lot better for almost $4,000 for two chairs.
Great, we have our present sectional still a wound earful pice except I would like to find out what cleaner to use one pice of it was used more than the rest and it is getting a little , Justin little brittle may not be right word. Hope you can help.c.a. Crowe thank you
