Unfortunately I had a very bad buying experience from Lindy’s furniture and would not recommend shopping in their store. They do not stand behind the products they sale and are not willing to correct issues in a fair manner. I purchased a Jackson Catnapper sofa from Lindy’s. Almost a year later I noticed significant sagging in the middle of the sofa due to a missing leg. This caused the internal frame of the sofa to crack. After several conversations with the owner, Julie Hudson, Lindy’s is not willing to replace the sofa or give a refund. I have never been treated with such disrespect as Julie treated me- I was shocked to learn that she was the owner. Her disrespect towards me was appalling. I had hoped to be treated better by a locally owned business. This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with and I would NOT recommend anyone to shop at a Lindy’s store.

Will not use again! Bad customer service!! Ordered sofa, paid down and was told it would be here 6-8 weeks. Called a week later and was told they still did not have delivery date and they would text when they got a date. Called 2 weeks later when I had not heard from them and was told delivery would be 12 weeks instead of 6-8 before they received sofa so I wanted to cancel order and not wait that long. She told me I was not allowed to do that and I was not informed of any cancellation policy at purchase. No sofa is worth waiting 3 months on! I will not recommend anyone to do business with them and I certainly will not do any more. I am in business myself and had problems getting orders filled due to Covid and had to make refunds to customer. If sofa is that far out on production it should not be a problem cancelling order!!! Highly disappointed.

Great honest place to do business with.nThe sales staff is top notch and so are the products they sale.nThey have been family owned and operated for over 100 years. I cannot say enough good things about Lindys.nI highly recommend shopping here versus other places.nThey also have a store downtown Hickory and a store in the Furniture Mart.
