I do a lot of home improvement projects and have a woodworking hobby so I am there a lot. Never really have great assistance available but since there's no Home Depot I have no other choice.nBut today was especially frustrating as I left almost crying.nI took a lot of time to pick out a specific sheet of plywood for my project, moving several sheets to find a good one (again, no help around, and I'm a small older lady) when I realized I forgot the paint. I said excuse me to the cashier, who was currently checking someone else out, but I'm going to leave this cart here while I run to paint. He didn't even acknowledge me but the customer did and said it would be fine.nTen minutes later, my cart is gone, no sign of the plywood, cashier knows nothing. And it's not even back in the stack I chose it from. $50 sheet of plywood, I walked out without it.

Great store but just like every other Lowe's hardware I've been too it's hard to get someone to help you find something. But still never had a bad time in any of them.

Ordered appliances 5, almost 6 months ago for new house. Received email that ALL appliances were in, ready for delivery.nnSet delivery date but it wouldn't let us correct address so stopped in store. Customer Service was having problem, something about Fridge...whole reason we had to wait 5 months!!!nnSaid don't worry, it's a glitch in our system. Delivery comes...NO FRIDGE.nDelivery Driver said please don't be mad like last stop, it's not my fault.nnBack to store...sorry we never got the Fridge. No idea why email said you did, no idea why we said it too, when you stopped in last week. We'll let you know.nnI can deal with anything except LIES!nn***update:nLowes no longer offered Fridge listed in the suite and couldn't get size we needed, said it's no longer available.nnBut Home Depot offered it? And delivered in a few days! Looks like we're spending our future monies at Home Depot!!

I just recently purchased a dishwasher for my elder parents online through Lowe's. The dishwasher was delivered right away and Chris- the assistant store manger, Jake- in appliances, Marcy and Christy- in customer service all made my experience smooth and efficient! Great customer service! I would buy again from this team!
