Was on the road for a funeral, this was one of the best hotels in the area. This was priced right for the location, and the service supports it. We are aware that COVID-19 has put a strain on how we cook and serve food, but this was and area where this location really struggled. It would be encouraging to know that management see this review and others that are similar and take some action in this area. Really enjoyed the stay otherwise.

The location was great compared to where we needed to be. The front desk rep name Lisa provided great customer service and the room was spacious and clean.

On DECEMBER 3rd I reserved a room at 7:30 p.m. I canceled the room at 8:40 p.m., well at 2:50 a.m. they charged my card $140.61 after speaking with the manager she informed me it would take 7 to 10 days for me to get my money back...WELL TODAY IS THE 19TH AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY.....BUT EVERY HAMPTON OR HILTON WE'VE EVER STAYED IN WAS NICE..CLEAN ROOMS, COMFORTABLE
