The lady who answered the phone is the rudest person that you can think of. A friend bought a mattress set and within 2 weeks had lost its shape. Called and was told had to bring it in. The lady is disabled. They said would pick up for 25 dollars and access it and would take a couple days. Wouldn't check on warranty status on the phone. Was very rude and unhelpful. I never will do business with a company that isn't friendly. Why should she pay another 25 dollars when it's the stores responsibility.
Prices are to high for the pieces expectionally when it has smoke sent in furniture from someone smoking in the storeud83dude1e

My fiancé have went up there over a month ago and bought a recliner chair for our daughter. We were told it will take two weeks for it to come in! We called 2 weeks later and we are having to wait another two weeks! Now over a month now, I can’t get ahold of y’all! I’ve tried calling over and over. Very disappointed.
