Jake makes our purchases easy. We were in an emergency situation on our first purchase, and he went above and beyond by delivering an item personally the night before the delivery team could make it to our home. They ask how our family is every time I am in the store or I call, and it’s not just a part of their sales strategy as they have proven that they actually care about their customers.
