Rothann, the manager, provided outstanding customer service…I had a challenging situation at home and she was able to guide me to the perfect mattress and facilitate a delivery showing flexibility and patience. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The delivery process was also very smooth and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them.

Bought a mattress from Mattress Firm in Great Barrington, MA 2 years ago for my oldest granddaughter while I was visiting them up in the Northeast. (I live in Florida). Today I decided to buy a mattress for my youngest granddaughter, so I called the same Mattress Firm store in Great Barrington that I had shopped at 2 years ago. They remembered me, and also had the details of my previous purchase available. And even more amazing, they voluntarily sold me the mattress for the SAME price I had bought the first one for 2 years ago during a President’s Day sale. This is July!! That absolutely amazed me!! Yes, you need a mattress? Shop there!!
