I went to Bedzzz Express to check out the Dreamcloud mattress in particular. Although that brand didn’t suit my taste, there were a plethora of others to choose from! The manager, Kyle, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable but didn’t pressure me. The prices are also very competitive for the area. This was a very pleasant shopping experience!
My daughter and I were greeted upon entering the store, asked how we could be helped, and were shown multiple types and firmness of mattresses in a short period. The employee took down my contact information and called the next day to see if I had questions or needed any further information on the mattress we liked best. The entire process from start to finish was very easy and with free delivery perfect for me and my family.
It was a laid back environment from the moment we walked into the store. Kyle, the store manager, was a delight to work with and was VERY knowledgeable and helpful! He was honest and that was refreshing and greatly appreciated!!! Highly recommend!!!
We Love Our Bed! Kyle was so patient and took the time to assist us in finding the right bed. We bought the split king and it is wonderful when we elevate it to watch tv in bed. And both sides move independently. All pros and no cons!
Excellent service great knowledge to help you decide on what mattress is right for you. I would recommend everyone to go there. They have great prices too compared to other stores. They are very helpful but are not pushy also which I greatly appreciate!
