Worst Customer Experience possible. Store is open.. 2:30 pm. Sunday. Store hours are until 6pm. I’m told they are closing early for weather and can’t allow me to purchase a gift card? Laziness to all extent.
I picked Terance to do my massage because of a recent review on here I had read BUT it was not what I was expecting. Terance was tall, dark and handsome but ROUGH. My appointment was at 9am and I had to be at work by 1pm. By 1pm I was walking into work limping. My whole left hip was out from his massage and I’m only 29. It took about 4 days for the pain to leave. :/ Never again.
Terrance and Ashley did my husband's and I couple messages. Highly recommend them they were great. We truly enjoyed!

Brought my husband in for his first massage and he and I so enjoyed our couples massage! My therapist did a fantastic job at working the kinks out around my shoulder blades. She even braided my hair into three braids to keep it out of the way and though it was unexpected, I actually liked it. Felt soothing and nurturing. She was professional and the place is impeccably decorated and so clean. Check in and payment process was easy. I'll be back for sure.
