our stay was horrible we had the suite in which the toilet and tub did not work. No one came to fix it luckily we had an additional room with other family in it to be able to use there toilet and tub. On top of this horrible stay we now have had to press charges against one of there employees for using our debit card without consent. BEWARE THE ROOMS MAY LOOK PRETTY BUT NONE OF THAT MATTERS WHEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL

Perfect. Got a second tier room and it is huge. Sitting area and really big nice bathroom. Clean and well maintained. Staff nice, friendly and helpful at check in.

We love this hotel and the staff and Greenwood. We do an annual trip every year for the BBB bicycle ride.. love love love

Not safe I would not stay here again because a hostess staff in their restaurant was wearing her mask well below her nose all 4 days I stayed at this hotel.nWe booked our hotel room checking in Wednesday because we knew we would arrive Thursday 9am and wanted the room for our very early arrival, my boyfriend told the staff this 3 times - we get there Thursday morning and they had canceled our whole reservation.nI gave my MC credit card when we checked in and the receptionist said that was just a hold, and my boyfriend paid in full with his Amex when we departed 3 days later BUT the hotel staff charged us both! So that was not a hold they charge me the full price for 3 days as we checked in and my boyfriend for the same 3 nights when we checked out!! He has called 3 days in a row, was transferred to the billing department leaving a message and no response - so I will tell my credit company to decline their charge.nSome of the staff are lovely, especially the door men are very sweet however some of these staff need proper training, and I don't think it is safe to stay at this hotel until all the staff wear their masks covering their nose and mouth.nI've been a guest of this hotel for 4 years but no more :(

Lovely! Very clean, spacious, relaxing for a mother/daughter weekend. 4th floor breakfast was delicious.
