Haven't had a decent night of rest since I purchased mattresses there. They asked if I preferred soft or firm, so I went with firm; not knowing that I may as well had purchased a wooden bench. After 1 night, I tried to return them {with the plastic still on them of course}. But thanks to Covid- 19, I was told they wouldn't be able to exchange them.nnThanks Corona
