They don't honor their own promotions or coupons. We were there last weekend to buy a recliner. At checkout, they had a basket of plastic Easter eggs. My wife opened one and it had a 10% off coupon. The manager would not honor it, claiming the eggs were for decoration only. But they didn't remove the coupons, so there's no telling how many other times Factory Direct Furniture didn't honor their coupons.nnOther than that, they were great. They have a good selection of styles and quality.
A large selection of furniture. The person assisting us was very helpful and showed us furniture we were looking for without pushing us toward items we didn't want. The order completion was fast and friendly.

I could furnish my entire house out of this one store. Not sure who does the buying for them but who ever it is does a fabulous job of picking out an array of furniture and accessories for all applications.
