I worked here for 9 months and it was one of the most motivational jobs I have ever had. The manager as well as the staff were amazing to work with and im gonna miss working with them. If you are looking for furniture, this is the place to go.
I wanted to put in a good word for one of yours Sales Associates, who I had the good fortune to connect with in the past week. Lindsay was extremely helpful as we searched for recliners, and from first contact thru the sale process - I found her to be very customer oriented - and super responsive to questions, help, etc. I will be back to Bennington, and it's because of people like Lindsay and the positive experience that I can confidently say that. PS - I live 90 minutes from Pittsfield.
The staff is great but they won’t sell stuff off their floor and the wait time is ridiculous but the thing that really made me not purchase was 99$ for delivery is crazy! I can go down the street and pay 25$.
Ok, they had great looking furniture, however they didn't have the desk i was intending to purchase.
Lindsey helped my husband and I find a new couch, she was right there ready to help us when we walked it, very patient with us and nice, answering all of our questions, she was a huge help. ud83dude0a
